OK, this time I am serious about returning to using this blog more regularly...

 Well, the technocracy we live in is pushing me more and more toward reducing my presence on social media platforms. Generally, the toxicity on these platforms far outweighs any positivity to be garnered. Additionally, these other platforms have stolen my attention from this blog. I have always enjoyed blogging and it bugs me that this blog sits here gathering dust. I have virtually no audience here but what does that really matter? This space is like a journal and a fun place to share artwork, musings, creative project updates etc. The best part is that I am not exposed to the thoughts, agendas, biases, curated realities and vitriol of thousands of other people. Blogger does not appear to be as interested in censorship and controlling the general public as some of the other platforms. I'm going to claim ignorance of Blogger's larger owners so that I can continue to enjoy this platform in peace.   

I'm returning to my blog. I would also like to build a website for my art and creative works. A website is long overdue. Social media is toxic. I may continue to use it in careful, moderate ways but overall I wish to distance myself from it as much as possible.
