Blog-Exclusive Battle Skull Preview

Battle Skull is one of my personal, creator-owned characters/properties. I am currently working on a 12 page short story starring Battle Skull, tentatively titled "The Lonely Tower". I will not be posting previews of this story on any other platforms aside from this here blog!!!

 I intend to publish the finished work in a mini comic or "zine" alongside some other cool material. I will be exhibiting at MoCCA Arts Festival this year with a group of indie artists/creators. My goal is to have this story finished and printed in time for MoCCA. Anyway, here's an exclusive look at what I've got cooking...

I am using a technique for these pages that is significantly different from what I typically use. So far, I'm relatively happy with the results. The true test will be how it all looks in print and how clearly the story is communicated to readers.

If all goes according to plan, this story along with some other exciting comic-booky stuff will be available from me at comic conventions this spring and summer. Thank you for visiting!
