Pizzaface!

My rendition of one of my favorite funky Playmates TMNT figures from my childhood: Pizzaface! This was so much fun to draw/color. They don't make 'em like this anymore. I always loved the gross, fun details on this figure. The whole Playmates line of Turtles toys was a significant part of my childhood. The fun, wild, silly, cartoony character designs/concepts of the toy line/tv show/movies influence and inspire me creatively to this day.

I'm working on putting together a book of nostalgic illustrations like this one. The book will feature fanart depicting favorite characters from my childhood. It's for myself and all of my fellow 80's/90's kids. It will be available when it's available, info will be posted here on this blog.

Thanks for visiting!
