Lucien... I was flipping through some old comics the other day and I came across a few issues of a book called "Ascension". I loved this comic back in the day, still do. It features what is, in my opinion, the best work of superstar comic book artist David Finch's career. This stuff always blew me away and it did not fail to do this again on my recent re-reading. Anyway, I was inspired to scribble up a rendition of the male lead from the comic, Lucien. Featured here is the best sketch of the few that I came up with. If you haven't read Ascension, I highly recommend at least reading the first six issues of the series if you can find them. Ascension was published by Top Cow Comics.
