Art Trade My fellow blogger and Deviant Art member, Andy ( http://radarai.deviantart.com/, http://www.checkmark.blogspot.com/)and I did a little art trade recently for kicks. We had done this once before, the results of which were published in the second issue of Bontebok Comics. This time around we decided to do something a bit different. We each chose one of our own original characters and teamed them with one of the other's characters.

The above image is by Andy. I love this! I think he did such a great interpretation of the Bontebok character, Mutant Lunatic and his Phibi character is charming. I really enjoy Andy's marker technique and his unique character designs. He created a wonderful image here with a great feel. Thanks, Andy!

Below is my end of the bargain. After seeing Andy's, I wished I had taken the time to polish mine a bit and color it, but I kind of liked the rough nature of it, felt it suited the characters. The guy on the left is Andy's character Az Cactuz, on the right is the Bontebok Comics character Bee-Hemoth.
