New Leyendecker book!!! I have been hoping for a new book focusing on the work of the great J.C. Leyendecker for some time now. My prayers have been answered with this awesome tome. This is a really nice collection with most of the images appearing to be shot from the original artwork which gives them so much more power! The book features a nice selection of Leyendecker's work including personal pieces and studies. I was very pleased to see a lot of material in here that I had not seen before and some old favorites re-produced at a level of quality previously unseen. If you dig incredible drawing/painting/storytelling skills, you need this book! Leyendecker is the best of the best.

It's been a crazy two weeks concerning art releases in general with Travis Charest's Les Armes Du Metabaron, J.C. Leyendecker, and Joe Madureira's final issue of Ultimates. I think I have enough artistic inspiration to last me a decade.

I'll get some of my own humble scribbles up on here soon!
