Supes For Sale and some Odds n' Ends... I wanted to post the above Superman drawing here and let those who might be interested know that it is for sale. It's ink on 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Price is $20 which includes shipping. I will also send original preliminary drawings along with the piece. This is posted on my deviant art page, comic artfans page, and my original art for sale blog, so I thought I might as well throw it up here to see if there are any takers. At the very least it's a drawing I had a lot of fun doing and that I am proud of so it's here for your viewing pleasure.

Most of these doodles are just random things that happen while scribbling away thinking about various influences, story ideas, and just having fun.

I've been doing much more "fanart" recently. I find myself drawing characters other than my own way more often. I wonder why I didn't do it more before, it's fun!

These last two drawings have a bit more of a story attached to them. My brother's friend is a musician and wanted some artwork for his album, just quick stuff he could use in a pinch. He said he liked the Gorillaz artwork, partucularly 2-D, so I did a few sketchy drawings of this Gorillaz styled monkey guy. I am not sure if he will be using thse drawings.

In other news, been busy working on Bontebok Comics #2. It should be done in time for NYCC 2008 and it will rock! I'll have more news and images as we move along.

I'm starting a new job Monday so I am a little stressed and excited right now! Should be interesting.
